All repairs have a $150 diagnostic fee to cover the first hour of repair and initial diagnostics, with an additional $150/hr based upon your free quote.Â

You ship your computer once quote is agreed upon. Computer must be shipped in sufficient packaging to protect your item; we are not responsible for damaged items during shipping.
We receive and diagnose your device; if after diagnosis we decide the computer is unrepairable, you will only be charged the diagnostic fee and no hourly charges will incur. Return shipping still applies.
Once repair is complete, we will notify you and send a link to pay for return shipping.
30-day Guarantee - If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your repair, we offer free remote support to further diagnose the issue and if needed, we will waive shipping costs & diagnostic fee to troubleshoot your issue in house. Hourly charges will still occur.
